Infrastructure and technology
Take advantage of our experience. You will be able to send documents by regular mail and receive paper documents from counterparties as easily and quickly as through the usual mail program. We will design a scalable hardware and software solution that will meet industry standards, take into account the characteristics of your organization and integrate into its IT infrastructure.
The system for tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence, available to employees of your company, will tell you where the shipments are now. An electronic archive based on Xerox DocuShare (or other document storage platform) will provide quick access to current and archived correspondence
Staff
Qualified Xerox operators, who have completed all the necessary training and internships, will take on the routine work of sorting, receiving, sending and delivering correspondence within the organization. We will provide a dedicated manager who will ensure interaction within the framework of the contract and will promptly respond to changing requirements.
